jilipt Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jilipt", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jilipt platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for the delivery of services at jilipt.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the jilipt platform.
• "Platform" means the jilipt website at jilipt.net, including all games, features, software, tools, and services made available therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the jilipt Platform, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by jilipt to a Player, subject to the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-money bet placed by a Player on any game or event available on the jilipt Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which online gambling activities are prohibited by applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the principal government authority regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the jilipt Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the jilipt Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Your continued use of the jilipt Platform after any modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. jilipt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account.

Access to and use of the jilipt Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandatory under applicable Philippine gaming regulations overseen by PAGCOR. jilipt strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be verified.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of the Philippines. Access to the Platform from Restricted Jurisdictions is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a competent court are not permitted to register.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, on the jilipt Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
5. Single Account: You must not already hold a registered Account on the jilipt Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited.

jilipt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Player at any time, including requesting government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

To access real-money gaming features on jilipt, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid email address and mobile number.
• Not impersonate any other person or use a false identity in connection with your Account.
• Promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• Notify jilipt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.

jilipt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Any balances held in such Accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account registration is free. jilipt will never charge a fee for the creation or maintenance of a player Account.

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the jilipt Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilipt does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

Deposits: Players may fund their jilipt Account using the approved payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time; however, processing delays of up to 24 hours may occur in exceptional circumstances.

Withdrawals: Players may request withdrawals of cleared real-money balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the receiving institution.
• jilipt reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of additional verification checks where required by applicable law or our internal compliance procedures.

Players are responsible for any bank fees or charges levied by their own financial institution in connection with deposits or withdrawals. jilipt does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

jilipt may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms displayed on the Promotion page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Where a Player holds both real-money and bonus balances, real-money funds are wagered first unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• jilipt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured for a reasonable period.
• Bonuses are issued for recreational play only. Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk bonus clearing strategies, or collusion, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All Wagers placed on the jilipt Platform are subject to the game-specific rules displayed within each game or betting market, as well as the following general wagering rules:

• Wagers are final once confirmed. jilipt does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed Wagers except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome of the Wager.
• jilipt uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all casino games. RNG systems are subject to independent audit to ensure compliance with fairness standards.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of any game or Wager, jilipt reserves the right to void the affected Wager and refund the stake to the Player's Account.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games, game categories, or single-session winnings. These limits are displayed within the applicable game interface or game information pages.
• jilipt reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, including Wagers placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest technical error, or Wagers placed on markets that were offered in error.
• Winnings derived from Wagers placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions may be forfeited at jilipt's sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilipt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities where applicable:

1. Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and full disclosure to jilipt.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
3. Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law.
4. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots, automated tools, or any other technical means.
5. Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
6. Using the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order, whether issued by jilipt or any other PAGCOR-regulated operator.
7. Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or system underlying the jilipt Platform.
9. Engaging in any conduct that jilipt, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its Players, or its operations.

jilipt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools and information needed to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which the Platform will automatically log them out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing, from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the jilipt Platform. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to [email protected] and will be actioned within 24 hours.

All content on the jilipt Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, user interface designs, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of jilipt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark legislation in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilipt Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other rights are granted.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the jilipt Platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of jilipt's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilipt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jilipt Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from game outcomes, whether or not a technical error was involved.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions.
• Decisions made by regulatory authorities that affect the availability of services in your jurisdiction.

The jilipt Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform operates correctly and continuously, we do not warrant that it will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and jilipt that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support channel shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

jilipt operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Regulatory oversight is provided in accordance with the framework established by PAGCOR and other applicable government authorities in the Philippines.

jilipt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jilipt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The amended Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date specified in the update notice, which will not be less than seven (7) days from the date of notification except where an earlier effective date is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jilipt Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
